Amidst the challenges of the COVID era, I founded NATYVA Probiotics in 2020, Cuba’s first ginger beer company, successfully distributing five different expressions. In 2022, I launched SORCERIAS, a brand of 11 homemade liqueurs embraced by leading Cuban rum brands such as Havana Club and Ron Santiago.

Collaborating with top industry professionals like Julio Cabrera and Loiver Hernandez from Cafe La Trova (World’s 50 Best Bars) and Sexy Fish Miami (2025, "The Pinnacle Guide" and "Michelin Guide") right after.

Recently I inaugurated Sorcerers Company (sorcererscompany.com), my digital platform dedicated to elevating the capabilities of hospitality venues and professionals across the industry. Simultaneously, I launched ICED Sorcerer, my own premium crystal ice brand, designed as a personalized solution to meet the unique needs of each client.
